Michele Adubato is the founder and CEO of Buddy Treats, a mission-driven brand that creates delicious, clean-ingredient dog treats while creating a dynamic social enterprise.

Michele has led a purpose driven life, and her background has brought her full circle to Buddy Treats. 

She is the founder of The Center for Autism along with being the CEO of The North Ward Center. 

Two non-profits in an urban area that bring vital services to an often overlooked marginalized community.

She also was a special education teacher and principal of a specialized school for children with autism ages 5-21, Michele has witnessed firsthand the unique strengths and perspectives neurodivergent individuals bring to the world.

With her social entrepreneurial mentality and background, she knew there had to be a way for the people on the autism spectrum to show that they can work and give back to their community, hence Buddy Treats was born.
