Buddy Treats is a social enterprise that uses business to create a social positive impact, and all profits are reinvested back into the mission.

Buddy’s journey and Michele’s desire to help the neurodivergent community inspired her to create something meaningful — something that would benefit both dogs and the individuals she’s long supported. The result was Buddy Treats, a dog treat business where individuals on the autism spectrum help make and package the treats. All profits from Buddy Treats will be distributed back into The Center for Autism, while a portion of the profits will be given to Adopt a Pet Save A Life Local dog rescue organization.

“In this world we live in, we need to be self-sufficient. We need to be our own heroes.” Michele said.

“We need to make our own profit so we can regenerate that into the community.”

Hence a social enterprise was born.
