Shipping timelines are estimates only.
Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.
Buddy Treats is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or delivery issues outside our control.

Due to the nature of consumable products:
Opened items may not be eligible for return
